  1. It's almost like people think, well, no one's going to be as good as that as me. Well, of course not, because you've been doing it for five years, dickhead. So hand it over in stages and help them be as good as you.

  2. I'm a big believer in taking ownership of all problems. So even if it's not something that's my fault, I will try and find a way to make it my fault because that then gives me the control to be able to deal with it.

  3. But in my example, rather than just saying to the web company, you've made a mistake again, you need to fix it actually acknowledge that no, the mistakes mine, I can fix this. And I fix it by telling you lot to fuck off and finding someone better.

  5. And people often think that money is a motivator to go to work. And it really isn't. The money is the carrot to get you through the door. But it is just one carrot. 6. No matter how good somebody looks and how good they are in their interview, like you're going to employ some dickheads. That's just how it is. People will pull the wool over your eyes. It's just the name of the game. Don't let that put you off. There are genuine people out there. I mean, yeah, I've been proper shafted by people who seem so, so genuine. And then I've completely pulled my pants down. Not literally, but it's just, yeah.

  7. Where I had a really good example of where you could see where this wasn't working is, you know, speaking with the CEO of a company, which I'm not going to name. And, you know, like when I explain to this process, it's like, yeah, I've tried that. But whenever I get any ideas from people, they're all rubbish. So I just tell them. So it's like, you know, so we all laugh about it. Like, you know, how rubbish their ideas, you know, like now we don't get any more ideas. It's like, well, that's your fucking problem right there.
